Spray Painting & Pad Printing

Molded plastic toy parts are decorated in substantial workshops outfitted with modern pad printing machines, manual and automated spray booths, and intricate hand-applied paint.

Injection Molding

Injection molding workshops in Vietnam are equipped with more than 500 modern injection machines for high-volume output of plastic parts.

Metal Die Casting

High-volume production of die cast metal toys and parts includes integrated workshops for die casting, automated coating, decoration and assembly.

Product assembly

At the more than 150 assembly lines, experienced operators complete the fabrication and packing of individual toys with precision and strict quality control.

Carton & Packaging production

In-house workshops produce customised blister and vacuum form packaging, from fabricating cardboard shipping cartons to producing 4-colour packaging boxes.
