A. Supervise Chinese employees who have returned to the factory to abide by the following rules:
- Go to clinic to have body temperature check and flu symptoms check first.
- Only those who get health proof can go to work;
- Unqualified people must isolate themselves in the dormitory for 2 weeks, do not go to work, cannot go to crowded places, can only live in the dormitory Area
- Go to the clinic for temperature check and get new face mask at 10 am every day for 14 consecutive days;
- Do not touch anything in the public, wash hands frequently with soap, you need to wear a mask in the public space in the dormitory;
- Cancel round table meals. All meals are delivered separately and tableware needs high temperature sterilization;
B. Quarantine arrangement
Staffs living in Hubei:
- Return to Vietnam after the Chinese government unblocks
- After 14 days of quarantine in the hotel, those who has no flu symptoms can be back to work
- Accept 7 days of medical check after back to work
Staffs passing through Hubei:
- After 14 days of quarantine in the hotel, those who has no flu symptoms can be back to work
- Receive 7 days of medical testing after work
Other Chinese colleagues
- After returning to the factory, go to the clinic to monitor body temperature and flu symptoms first, and only those get a proof can be back to work
- Receive 7 days of medical check after back to work
Chinese colleagues of all department managers or supervisors (regardless of whether they have passed through Hubei)
- Among the managers / deputy managers or supervisors / deputy supervisors in the department, select one of them to go to the hotel for 7 days for isolate and go to work without flu
- Receive 7 days of medical check after back to work
