GFT group decided to extend our anti- epidemic quarantine arrangements (attached below) to 22-Apr because Covid-19 infected cases keep increasing in Vietnam(esp. in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh) and we try to match the policy released on 15-Apr by Vietnam Prime Minister .
These arrangements will be valid until 22-Apr:
- Prohibit any visit from customer, supplier, or auditor
- Inspector can only work in inspection room and they must wear mask, sterilize their hands before work
- GFT staff is prohibited to visit other factory, even GFT subsidiary
- Chinese staff is prohibited to leave factory for any personal entertainment
- Must wear mask in working time
- Only visit workshop with work-related purpose
- Vietnam workers are recommended to stay at home in non-working hours
- Considering to arrange zero overtime
