Anti-epidemic notice 28.1.2021

In view of the sudden burst out of local cases in Vietnam, which occurred in the same province or neighboring provinces of our company, the current epidemic prevention measures are adjusted as follows (until further notice). All factories must strictly abide by:

1. From January 1, 2021, if any employees have been to the localities (hereinafter referred to as “localities”) announced by the government from 27/1/2021, related to the confirmed cases (including the woman who was diagnosed as COVID-19 positive in Japan on 17/1/2021), they have to stay at home for 14-day quarantine;
2. Employees are prohibited from going to ” localities ” until further notice;
3. Chinese employees need to apply release notice from management for entry and exit;
4. During lunar new year holiday, it is strongly recommended that employees not travel to crowded tourist areas (such as Da nang, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh, etc.);
5. The supervisor should register the travel itinerary and location during lunar new year holiday for Chinese employees;
6. It is strongly recommended that employees do not go out for group dinners;
7. Arranging any visitors (such as guests, supplier, auditors) coming to factories, they are required to declare whether they have been to the ” localities ” since January 1, 2021. If they refused to declare or they have been to those places, they will be rejected to visit our factories;
8. Visitors who enter the factory must receive disinfection of their hands, measure and record body temperature, and wear masks throughout the factory;
9. Employees who contact with visitors should keep a social distance of 2 meters or more and must wear face mask and disinfect hands before and after contact;
10. All employees must wear masks during work and wash hands frequently with soap;
11. The workshop keeps measuring the body temperature of workers and disinfecting their hands regularly (twice a day) before starting work;
12. Use disinfectant to disinfect the workshop every day;
13. Disinfect all common door handles once every two hours;
14. Disinfect the attendance machine three times a day;
15. Employees must face wear masks whining travelling on shuttle bus;
16. Local staffs have to go home immediately after get off work and do not stay;
